Amazon Shortlists Cities for HQ2, Matrix Development Eyes Passaic River Site

E-commerce giant Amazon has unveiled its shortlist of 20 cities where it plans to develop its second headquarters, dubbed HQ2. The company received over 238 proposals from cities across North America, but has now narrowed down its options to a select few.

Meanwhile, Matrix Development Group has secured approvals for a massive redevelopment project along the Passaic River in New Jersey. The company plans to build a 55-acre mixed-use complex that will include residential, commercial, and retail space.
